This is a normal safety regulation standards for our type of service. We have the right of refusal without any proof of identification.

Your swimwear, water to stay hydrated, sandals/flip flops and 2 towels - one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself. Bring a robe or warm clothes to wrap up nice and warm afterwards.

Yes, there are 3 changing rooms on site. A storage area is also available for your belongings, though we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.

Please note that all of our experiences include time for changing. If you'd like to use the changing room towards the end of your session, please be mindful of the next booking and do this within your booked time slot.

There are no toilets on site so please plan accordingly.

Please note we have a strict cancellation policy.

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking: You are eligible for a full refund or full credit.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or credit for cancellations made within this time frame.

• No Shows: We regret that we do not provide refunds or credits for no shows.

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please email us with your booking details and your preferred option for a refund or credit in the email subject line.

For large bookings of 15+ people, including sports teams or corporate groups, please contact us directly with your group size and preferred dates/times. We offer discounted rates and packages for returning bookings.
